
Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen
As Brand Design Director at Principle, I led our team of designers in creating a refreshed identity and cohesive brand system for Pappadeaux, the largest concept in the Pappas Restaurant Group with more than 40 locations nationwide. In close collaboration with Principle’s Digital Design and Strategy Directors, we built a system that was consistent and adaptable across print, environmental, and digital touchpoints. The result was a modernized brand evolution that celebrated Pappadeaux’s heritage and the vibrant culture of New Orleans, while equipping the brand for continued success across every channel and audience.
